Writing Assistance is the only staffing agency I would recommend. I have been a 1099 contractor for 20+ years . I have come to know several of the employees at WAI over the years in various situations and have always found them to be professional and courteous.As a 1099 contractor, I never had any expectation of benefits. That's not how it works. If I didn't like the rate being offered, I would either try to negotiate for a better rate or decline the position. The rate you end up with is dependent on the hiring company's budget. That's how it works.With WAI, payments are always on schedule and they don't advertise jobs they don't have, as so many other agencies I have worked with have done. It's a pleasure to work with a firm of such integrity.
