Always a pleasure working with Priority Media! They are so responsive and always understand the message our company tries to convey. Sarah always takes her time in explaining things or looking into something we asked her to do. They just recently helped us do a big update on our website and it came out perfectly. We are so happy we found Priority Media through the Upland chamber after being with a couple of other companies.

They do not complete the work you pay for. The only thing they complete on a regular is running your credit card. I paid for 11 months of service before they ever even attempted to do video optimization that is to be done monthly. They use India workers to do there work which you could probably find from fiver or another source cheaper. The websites they create backlinks on are garbage. Some were shut down before I could even check if the link existed, others are on India based sites that have no relevance to my industry or product which is well known to not help any and actually google frowns upon these types of links as spam. They were to do press releases, articles, directory optimization they did none of those services. They did create blogs for us. There is no transparency they send a ranking every month but no links to work that was completed, no links to what sites backlinks were added, no links to anything. We filled a credit card dispute and small claims court is the next step. I could not with a good conscious recommend this company. If anyone is thinking of using them your more then welcome to email me and I will send you examples of there quality of work or lack there of.

One call to Richard Cruz and he put us in touch with Sarah Smith and her team and we were set. Sarah and team are amazing, very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and outstanding customer service. They put our website together just like we had imagine. If your looking to start a e-commerence site do not hasitate to contact WSI Richard, Sarah and team.
