After working with William for almost half a year it came to our attention that a Facebook contest he ran for us had been fixed. Rather than pick an entrant at random he selected the entrant with the most FB friends. So not only did we give away free product on a promotion that didn't bring new business, but we're at risk for being fined and sued. That's on top of money we lost on advertising with his firm.

Not only does William, the owner, not seem to know how to write a single line of code, his saleswoman doesn't seem to know how to operate a computer. There was absolutely no return on my firm's investment, and I'm pretty sure traffic to our site dropped off due to their black hat SEO garbage. Our ranking was also probably hurt since the site they created for us was unsecured. I also believe they either targeted our ads to the wrong people or they just didn't spend all the money we paid to actually buy ads.
