Have always been pleased with the service here until today. Had a small (74 copies) printing job and was charged 15 cents PER COPY for punching them for a 3-ring binder. My fault for not asking what the cost would be up front, but they could have warned me that it would more than double the cost of the printing. Still a crazy fee for something that probably took less than a minute. Be warned - always ask first.
