We are so happy to have found XPress! Working with them has brought our printing costs down and the customer service has been great. Laura is always responsive and helpful if there are any issues with our projects. They went above and beyond to fix a color issue we had last week. From flyers to booklets, ever order we've placed has turned out great!

XPress is the best print shop in Oregon. Our church and ministry has used them for all our printing and mailer needs for over a decade. They are fast, accurate and dependable. The staff is outstanding to work with, especially the general manager Jeff Swales.

Thought I would give this place a shot after reading the two torn and off sided reviews. Boy I sure misjudged myself. Lara the head receptionist and the boss Tony are completely out of line when it comes to 21st century hospitality. Surprisingly I have gotten better Service in 3rd world print shops!!

Super sassy staff. Beware of high prices and slow turn around. Exceeded self opinions to top it off. Should be named slow-press printing.Response from owner: “My world is fine without you as a client sir. I don’t depend on google reviews and you obviously have a great sense of self importance. Been here 40 years but that doesn’t matter. Not a neighborly way to handle a problem. Could have been handled much better by Laura but you sir are not welcome at the shop.
