Went yesterday to pick up my boyfriend's phone around 6 and the store says it's open till 7 that's a LIE. Now they have his phone hostage until Monday, if they don't close before 6 again, when I get out of work. Plus this is the 2nd time they had to replace his screen since initially "fixing" it. Since then we've had problems of the phone glitching, the screen peels off, touch screen keys don't always work. They offer a lifetime replacement on the screens, however, we've had it less than a year and have had to go back numerous times. Poor quality replacements....yes replacementS, plural!

William is very knowledgeable and probably the most honest person I've done business with when it came to electronic repairs. I definitely will be back for anything in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for an honest work at a reasonable price.

Great I called ahead and William helped me vary nice guy I explained my problems "the screen was lifting" He told me it was in easy fix and to bring it in and he will fix it quick awesome shop awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had an issue with my laptop not charging and I was very stressed about it. I was traveling and need my laptop for work but I was unable to diagnose the exact issue, PC setting, charger, battery. Xpress Fix was a brief 10 min walk from my hotel. I walk in and the gentleman there was incredibly helpful. He was genuinely interested in my issue. Within 2 mins of walking in he solved my problem. Bonus since he did almost no work he wasn't gonna charge me. I would have gladly paid him some sort of fee but he insisted that it was so simple and easy he couldn't accept any $. Thank you very much Xpress Fix! You saved me so much time and worry.
