Terrible experience I placed an order with them3 weeks ago for a small order of 100 business cards . They claim my order was put on hold because I asked about expediting , yes I asked about it but once they said the minimum order was 1000 I asked them process it regularly. They did not process it and my order sat on hold for 3 weeks had I not called themThey would not have even noticed my order was on hold . Then when I call Natalie lies and says she so sorry she gonna put the order through that day , I call back two days later and someone else says my order wasnā€™t out through til the day before . Never going there again ! So unprofessional!!!

Went in person twice, spoke to 2 associates. Both promised a quote for a HUGE multi product project and both never got back to us. Emailed them several times and every time they said yes, we're working on it. Its been 4.5 weeks now since they said "Ā we'll get back to you in 3 daysĀ ". I had to write something because it's just seriously hilarious to me as a business owner how a business can have such incompetent people managing clients and drop the ball like this on 15k+ project. Anyways, good luck to yall.

I was told repeatedly that I would have a draft by the end of the day for 3 weeks and never received anything. I finally had to ask for a refund since the whole purpose for the flyer was for an event which they caused me to not be prepared for...very disappointed
