Overall Feedback:

I am not the easiest person to work with. That I will admit. And I am a stickler for detail and professionalism. Almost seems like quality and great customer service is hard to find. Well look no further than Y5. I was put in touch with Carol and her staff months ago about overhauling my website. I live in Los Angeles and you can easily find hundreds of people willing to design your page. But I thought my friends recommended Carol so I would appease them and give her a call. Right out of the gate she asked what my objective was. What did I want the site to accomplish. I'm a stand up comic and to me getting more work was the priority. My previous websites looked nice and had some funny content but never truly resulted in more work. Carol and her team brainstormed with me for hours before I even agreed to go ahead and work with them. Who does that? We hit it off right away and she knew exactly what my vision was and how we could accomplish that. In the past when I've had a website designed I get pages sent over and we begin work on how to make it better. With Carol and her team this wasn't the case. When she sent me the site to proof I immediately knew it was ready to go live. No doubt in my mind. Carol and her team branded an amazing logo for my site, made the look and feel comfortable yet professional. And made the navigation so simple even I could understand it. I LOVED what her and the team produced. We brought the site live immediately and since I've received so many compliments from others. And as a result I have already lined up some corporate holiday parties this December. Whenever I need updates done I call or email Carol and the changes are done. I can't thank and recommend Carol and her team enough for making me truly understand how important a website is for business and not just a page for friends to read your goofy blog.
