What was the best part of the experience?

Martin and his group may have the skills needed to do jobs, but lack in fundamental communication. When you ask them to rework something that was done wrong expect them to rebill you. They hand the ball off from one person to another so be prepared to explain yourself multiple times.

What would you change about the experience?

I would not use them. They need to listen better and own a project. I am sorry I had to put this down Martin, but it is the truth.

I can not recommend YapaWeb -- unless it was to a competitor! I was disappointed in that I had to explain the same thing over and over again. I had instructions to do a project a very specific way. It was done incorrectly and I showed them clearly that my instructions were not followed. Close, but not followed. What web programmer also does not know what a ribbon on a picture is!
