Went there for an install that they told me would take 2 hrs. At hour three I asked Brandon (whom I later found out is the owner's son) it's been longer than you told me and his reply was "Yup sure has" I called him right out on his rudeness and he walked away. Meanwhile I walk out back and I see the problem - no one is near my car, a guy is washing his boat and there are two children no more than 3 running around inside the shop area. Four and a half hrs later it's done. I paid $300.00 and got rudeness and not even a thank you. Of course I called to speak with the owner, thinking she must have no idea what is going on there. Her response was "What do you want me to do?" - I'm all for family business, but this is the poorest example I ever seen.
