Sent something there by accident Phone # on outside of packaging Do they pick up the phone and call? Requires too much effort I guess I even called to try to re-route and inthe day and age of cell phones and such all we got was too bad it's been sent back. Love the extra effort- NOT!

Wouldn't take my ups package, then send me to locations that are supposed to accept them and don't. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. You should be able to accept anything being shipped.

I ONLY have on word to say. INCOMPETENCE! IRRESPONSIBLE! ok that was two words lolConstantly breaking/damaging packages. They dont even know how to handle an insurance claim. They were clueless! can someone say FEDEX or UPS? They suck too though so you cant win lol
