Honestly, I wish I could give this business 0 star rating, and here's why. First of all, the owner of Data Incorporated is dishonest and delusional. I had a burnt screen and LCD that needed to be repaired. He charged me $180 to fix it. I went to another local business (after) and it was $75 for both at Hofstra. The owner of Data Incorporated said that was the best deal you'd ever get, which he obviously was a false statement. Although he lied, always do your research on what you're about to buy or invest in. The one at Hofstra is amazing, they'll fix it quickly and it's very cheap. Second of all, here, THEY ACTUALLY BROKE MY PHONE WHILE 'fixing' IT! Like I said earlier, I did have a burnt screen due to a fire. However, I payed him to fix my phone screen COMPLETELY. He fixed the fire damage but left me with a messed up LCD which has black lines coming across the screen now. He didn't mention that before I payed him. When I went back to speak to him about it, he claimed he didn't do it. I just want to let the pathetic number of customers he actually gets to know not to come here. He's dishonest, and will give you a higher price than usual. I recommend Dr. Multi-Tech located at Hofstra University near the library. And no, before the delusional old man accuses me of being the owner of that business at Hofstra, I don't quite reach the age requirements to own a business at the moment. And to the owner, I know you're reading this because you don't have any business and clearly no wife, so clean up the store and be more honest next time.
