An all around great experience. I came to Your Design Guys with a poorly designed site from a previous company and they completely turned it around. They redesigned my site from top to bottom and made it so much easier for me to use. I would recommend Chance especially he was such a pleasure to work with. Thanks to everyone involved!

This company is a joke. At first, we were excited by the reviews we read of their services. I'm not sure how they managed to get any of those reviews offering the service that we were offered. They built my business a very standard website and charged a premium for it. They also charged us for the entire cost of the site prior to us seeing anything to review. The rough draft of the site came weeks after it was supposed to. Then we were ghosted when it came time to make changes. We ended up launching our site much later than anticipated at great cost to our company. The owner of Your Design Guys had to get involved making changes to our site so that we did not call it quits with them. Since then they've not responded to any of our requests to make additional changes to the site. We keep getting referred to Dave, and if you can't get ahold of him right away, don't expect a call back. Also, it's very rare that this company follows up on any correspondence. We have been trying to cancel our adwords account with them for over a month and cannot get a response. Avoid this company at all costs.

I appreciated his follow-through and his willingness to listen and repeat back what we talked about to confirm that things were done properly the first time. I’ve had multiple sites and design projects done by your design guys. Their prices have been fair and the results have been wonderful.

After working with 3 other web developers, it was nice to finally work with a team of people that are quick, efficient, and are keeping me in the loop with all of their work. They listened to all of my comments and concerns, and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, which I never had with any other web designers. Dave and Ross were super helpful. What I really like about YDG, that sets them apart, is that they get marketing and advertising. When you ask them to create a website they don't just know how to make it look good, they also make your products and services sound amazing. I have had them build 3 sites for me in the past 4-5 years and I owe a lot of my success to their creativity.

YDG is a fantastic place for any small business to launch a new company website. They take the time to truly understand your business and the goal behind your new company site. From there they assign you an account manager who guides you through every step of the process allowing you to stay in constant contact and make any changes or alterations you desire. After your approval of the site they even take the time to train you how to make edits yourself so that you can manage your new site efficiently and confidently. Once training concludes they seamlessly help you integrate with either their hosting package or another host to launch your site without issue. Highly recommend for small businesses looking to impact one of the most important parts of their company...their website!
