Overall Feedback:

I was so excited to give my family the gift of our memories. We just sat and laughed and cried some for 4 hours. Chuck did an amazing job copying our many VHS and mini tapes onto DVD and flash drives. I was overwhelmed at how to start organizing the tapes, but Chuck was helpful in getting me started. I was also worried about sending them off to a big company. I liked that he was local and a small business. I brought him over 20 tapes and he quickly transferred them and labeled them. He also gave me lots of care instructions to preserve my memories. I recommend that you gather up all your old tapes and contact Your Memories Remembered. You will be so happy that you did!
