Disappointing service, Dropped car in for half vehicle wrap on Monday 18/03/2019 @ 0830. Was told the vehicle would need to sit overnight until end of business day Tuesday to make sure everything was ok. Receive call @ 1500 Tuesday to say suppliers sent matte instead of gloss wrap, and car would need to be there another day. I asked why I was not informed of this on day one, but was not given a definitive answer just excuses. After much communication with with designer and I presume manager I expressed my disappointment and was told that they had started to wrap vehicle, I explained I could not afford another days lost work without vehicle and would like to pick it up. I was told the wrap would be off in 45 mins. Well, when I arrived, my vehicle was still in the same condition when I dropped it on the Monday, Dirty, so no wrap had been applied at all!! Be upfront with customers, and you wont get Bad reviews. So from my experience only, I would not recommend this business, unfortunately I cannot comment on their work, as none was undertaken, but I'm out of pocket 2 days earnings.
