Great pitch, Richard said we strive for the long term business that's why we only charge 60 a month. I was on board till the hidden fee of 999.00 to "transfer" the website to those servers. I guess they don't really want that long term business after all.

If you are a small to midsize business BEWARE.First of all, let me start by saying their sales representative, Richard, was a very nice man. Since I was looking to renew and update my website, I decided to give Your Web Guys a chance. BIG MISTAKE. I signed up with many promises given and a charge of $2,163.92 dollars (Half of this was paid up-front). My website should have been created no later than 6 weeks; this did not come to be the case. They were supposed to come out and take pictures with a professional camera of our fleet. This did not happen. After 3 weeks, they contacted me asking for keywords, content, etc. This is not my job, I do not build websites but I gave it anyway. My first review was far from exciting, most parts of the web page looked copy and pasted. It contained pictures of vehicles not in my fleet and looked like a teenager could have created it in 30-45 minute. We were very unhappy and re-requested them to come and take pictures and spoke with the Web master “Jason”. He told me that he did not know anything about limo companies. DO YOUR RESEARCH or don’t take the job then. We waited for a new draft and pictures. Nothing. Finally after waiting on nothing, we requested to cancel and get a refund. He informed us that there would be no refund as those funds would be used for the work that had been completed. What work??? This was a 30-45 minute job at most. They used over $1000.00 of funds for this? I think not! This was a TOTAL SCAM. My advice to you is go see Network Solutions, for a couple $100 you will make a decent website for yourself with one of their programs. Sincerely,An Unhappy Customer
