Being a 72 yo non Tech dinosaur from the Jurassic era, I had several ongoing problems with my PC, which were quickly addressed and fixed by Shane, who was very obliging in explaining the issues in a fashion even I could understand even though I knew he was busy at the time.I was particularly happy with the overall turnaround response and the effort taken to explain the finer details of the cause of my problems with this PC.Many thanks guys will use you again
