Parking lot for over night stay

Friday 9th of August 2019 07: 18 check in on pay machine went to 3rd floor drove to exit barriers. White car stopped on left barrier I proceeded to right hand one. Neither barriers would open we did not get out of car park until 08:20. While fully understand things go wrong it’s how you manage the issue is important. Notice in main office window Emergency Contact have phoned seven times with first call going out at 07:23 no response. On the intercom the lady on the end was so rude it wasn’t funny. Two of House got a lash of abuse she did not hold back, obnoxious to the extreme. In her defense she says “it’s the way I talk” god help us. I think someone turned up around 8:15 don’t know really only glad to have the barrier open. Absolutely pathetic service in a failure
