Received an Ayurvedic Facial from Dr. Claudia today - it was my first time at Zen Retreat and she was amazing. Her hands are like magic and she is very knowledgeable in the Ayurvedic sciences. I highly recommend this treatment with her and I will definitely be back.

Selena was amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable and pleasant I look forward into coming back very soon. I was feeling very insecure about the way I look with all the acne and black spots that developed suddenly. My face felt refreshing, vibrant and I could see an instant difference in my looks. I was a little skeptical and very frustrated on getting a facial, after visiting the Dermatologist and it seems as if there was no relief in sight with the medication prescribed. After today’s visit, I don’t think I will ever visit another Dermatologist again because in the future I look forward to visiting Zen Retreat! Selena answered all my questions and I was impressed! I had went there this past weekend for a massage and it was great. No complaints there however the receptionist there was quite rude and gave a nasty attitude over the phone and in person for no apparent reason. I would like to continue going there but may stop if my good mood crumbles down just by entering the door.

I was feeling a pain in my right side for the past 2 months. I went to the doctor and they sent me for a Cat scan but it was not appendicitis which I was concerned about. I continued having the pain and I went to another doctor and he said I should do a colonoscopy which the appointment was one month away. I called Zen and immediately she told me to come in I went in the same day and did a hydrotherapy (cleanse my colon) and thank God I have not felt the pain again and I was able to go on my trip pain free. Thanks so much guys for a great job on me. I would definitely recommend this place. The environment is clean and serene and there are a lot of meter parking.
