Client Review on Zebra Graphics, Inc.

I don’t usually do Reviews because I never just take the time out to do one but Zebra Graphics is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. And I believe everyone should know beforehand! I gave them a 1, because the guy who installs the “paper signs” is really nice. I believe he just do what he’s told. I have been dealing with zebra graphic for almost 2 months for signs for my store in Kentucy Oaks mall. If you are looking for a corporate, Grand, Nice, inviting sign PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don’t go here. They sent me proofs of what they told me my sign would look like, it was NOTHING like that!!! They printed me out card boards as signs and after expressing it doesn’t look like the proof the lady Morgan told me “If you don’t like it then It can come down” 😳 I paid a grand for a card board sign that was taped up. Luckily the mall required me to take it down for safety reasons because of the tape coming off and it falling on costumers or employees, just so they would even try and fix it, but they just referred me to another print shop after i paid them. I have 3 Days until my grand opening and this is what they gave me and put me through. Opening a new store is stressful enough, but they had no sympathy. I believe the store is family ran, family members work inside that one store so you can forget trying to get better help. Family stick together. I have been asked many times who is making my sign because of the way it looks and everyone i spoke with asked me “Why would you go with Zebra Graphics” I wish would have known before hand. I have plenty of pictures as well i can definitely show you. A straight lie. And never on time for Nothing after being told a certain time. And I’m not talking about 30 min late. Hours or days sometimes! And it’s excuse after excuse. Good luck if you do decide to go with.
