Poor customer care lost 15 years worth of photos which could have been easily avoided if they had simply backed up files from the start which I think is basic stuff for a professionalthank you for responding i would like to take you up on your offer of help ,i would like to recover the photographs and data you lost off of my old hard drive ,i found only 1 company who can recover the data and they have quoted me £500 plus vat ,please respond thankyou

Terrible expirence. They needed my password to do a simple iPhone screen repair, this is highly unusual and I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere else. The phone had one screen repair previously, this was done by Apple. Apparently this was so perplexing to Zenith that they messed up the repair an had my phone for a week! Absolutely useless. Do not use this company, the customer service is atrocious. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Appalling service. I brought my laptop tin to have the charger tested as I thought it was faulty. Ash informed me that they didn't have a similar one in stock but would order one and call me. I then had to visit my sick mother, urgently, and the laptop ended up being with Ash for a good 3 weeks (Luckily it's not my 'work' computer.) When I got back I was told that it wasn't the charger and the laptop was completely non functional but that the data could be put on a USB. I agreed, was told this would be about 2 days so 4/5 days later I went to collect said laptop and USB. It hadn't been done as 'we are very busy, it's coming near Christmas etc etc. As an advocate of independent business, especially on our high streets, I told Ash not to worry I would collect it after Christmas. I went back around 23nd Jan, not ready but definitely the next day, next day told come back in 30mins. Then told data can't be transferred 'here is your laptop' I asked for the charger but was told, by Ash's colleague' that I hadn't brought it in. I left confused and then remembered 'but that's why I brought it in in the first place' (to have charger checked) Went back, they remembered but couldn't find charger, please come back etc etc....I have now been going backwards and forwards for two weeks and 3 emails. Finally got a message that it had been 'found' so went today to collect. No charger. Apparently it was found and now lost again. To may things even worse Ash offered me another charger. I had foreseen this and fortunately had my laptop in my bag and of course it wasn't a suitable charger. So still no charger, which incidentally is my property.As I said I am a supporter of local, small business but this is one of the most disorganised and unprofessional that I have ever encountered. To add to that they have blatantly lied on at least 2 occasions. I have lost all trust in them. Much as it pains me to withdraw support, neither my family nor I will use their services again and I certainly will not be advising any one else to do so. (something I have done in the past) I have given them one star because I had to in order to post review but really I would like to award none.

Heard rude man Russel had been asked to leave. So I gave new guy Ervin and Ash a laptop to fix. they saved all my data and fixed it. Unlike previous review, all my photos were backed up. Used to come to this shop often, till Russel came. He was rude and I gave my custom to someone else. Now he's gone, I will gladly come back to this shop. I did hear that alot of customers left cause of Russel's behaviour and lack of compassion. Will now recomend coming back to old customers who have left. Ash is a good, especially with OAP's. Keep up the good work Ash. sure you will do well now that Russel is out of the picture.

Really helpful. Fitted with a replacement screen I sourced from ebay, and sorted another laptop with a trackpad issue. They've been dilligent over months of sourcing different parts for a complicated fix. Very reasonably priced, techincal excellence and friendly service. Wonderful!
