Client Review on Zenware

Feedback:

Our experience with this company was absolutely "negative" . We are a small mobil auto reconditioning company. We contacted Zenware 6 month ago asking for a billing app to use it on the field and the nightmare started. We just got problems from the beginning with accessibility and printing among other issues (we have support for any issue). We paid this company for a solution and we just got head aches. We wasted our time and money. We called them today to cancel the contract because we strongly beleive we have enough reasons to do it and obviously to get our money back and they rejected our request. When we told them that it wasn't a right attitude then they started laughing. Is that professional? I don't think so. Don't get me wrong this is not personal we just couldn't get what we paid for and it's very disappointing when you have this kind of response from the company you are doing business. Now after six month we have to try a different way and Zenware won't refund the money. My suggestion is stay away.
