Never leave reviews but i have to this time. My band paid for a new logo design and everything was fine after sharing ideas, until the company stopped responding. We gave our money in hopes in receiving a finished product, but we ended up with nothing. The manufacturer refuses to respond and return our refund. It's sad to see companies act unprofessional like this. Hope this helps others not to fall for shady business operators such as this one.

My review comes as a bit of a surprise for me as I have worked with Chris in 2012 and it was a great experience. I say "worked with" because that's exactly what he did, we had plenty of conversations about the design our band wanted as he felt the need to make sure he delivered a quality product, which he did. But in our recent transaction, the service to the customer seems lost. It started off great but once the money was delivered, he seemed to brush me off with no responses every time I reached out to him. Over the course of a month, I decided to choose a different form of contacting him. I emailed him and immediately got a reply! After asking him about his money back policies, he never again responded to my reaching out.The amount of money we lost isn't what hurts us as a customer, It's the amount of disrespect and lack of customer service and communication. Chris, I don't know what happened, but this isn't a good look on you.
