Faced with the need to rent a meeting room and were disappointed: the room was not ready, the feeling of a strong "tiredness" of the room, our wishes were not taken into account. If we had to cook ourselves, then why was this not announced when stipulating the conditions. The service is not flexible - they could not get permission to transfer the TV for the convenience of demonstrating files, even a marker for the board was found with difficulty. It was not possible to get a connection to WI-FI right away, the heating connection - just the same, they sat freezing. As a result, they tried to fix everything for 1.5 hours and started the planned meeting with a big delay, watched the demonstration on one laptop (their own) or via the links in their mobile phones. Обслуживание не гибкое - не смогли добиться разрешения перенести TV для удобства демонстрации файлов, даже маркер для доски нашелся с трудом. Добиться подключения к WI-FI удалось не сразу, подключения отопления - так же, сидели мерзли. В итоге, 1,5 часа пытались всё наладить и с большой задержкой начали запланированное собрание, смотрели демонстрацию на одном ноуте (своем же) либо по ссылкам в своих мобильных. С таким успехом, могли бы не покидать свой офис или на обычной квартире комфортнее собрание провести. Грустно, что клиентоориентированность на таком уровне. P.S.: персонал вежливый, но все пожелания выполнить не смогли.
