We realized that our basement had flooded (failed sump pump) at some point the previous week. Awful smell and wet carpet all across our finished basement. We called after hours on a Friday. A team was on-site within about 45 minutes. Walked and talked us through the entire process, ripped up the wasted pad and hauled all the toys and furniture up the stairs. They had all the equipment ready and installed in about an hour. Came back after a few days and hauled away the fans, sprayed for lingering smell and helped move everything back in place. Their full-service offering will allow us to use one company to re-lay the carpet, with new pad, and also pop new baseboards up. Rodney was our point of contact and he was the kindest, most professional serviceman we've had in our 3+ years at our current home. 5 HUGE stars and a thumbs up to anyone with water loss that needs immediate attention!

Worst company, ever!! I asked them to place all of my stuff in the garage that wasn't trashed. I came home that evening and found everything gone. Furniture, silverware, pictures, everything except the one thing I said I didn't care about which was a desk. Guess what, the desk remains in my house. Everything was taken because they say it all had to be "cleaned". So I have to wonder why that desk is considered "clean". Now they want 2,200.00 for taking the stuff and I have to pay for a moving truck to move it back to my house. He is now threatening to throw it all in a dumpster by the end of the month. He is such a smart punk and now asking if he can throw it away today. Right after I discovered that everything was taken, stolen, I call and complained about losing pictures of my grandmother that can never be replaced and why would they take everything. I should have called the police and reported the theft.

We recently had a sewage back-up and our basement was a mess. Mike, Jeremy and crew were nothing but professional. Their work was detailed, and they also explained the entire situation, what to expect, and what next steps would be. We were grateful for them, and highly recommend their services.
