Thoroughly unimpressed with the service. It takes months at a time to get a response to voicemails, phone calls, and emails from any of the reps, the owner, or the receptionist. They promised to fix our window decals at no cost and after over a year they only did half a repair and have refused to complete the job.

The service in the beginning was very good however, all subsequent dealings were poor, unprofessional and disappointing. Follow up service calls weren't returned for months at a time. Job was also very poor and of low quality. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Terrible quality of work and service. Window decals started peeling within 8 months of application. Called for repairs. No one was sent even though I followed up with requests for 6 months. Window decals peeled so much they couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. One rep promised to fix them at no cost, another rep tried to refute that 6 months later. Took another 14 months before they even came to replace and only did half a job and has since refused to honor the rest of their promise. Like pulling teeth to get email responses or calls back. Would never recommend.
