Overall Feedback:

Nasheefa Razzak - The owner of Zoom Advertising (research via Google) purchased some products (ink Toner) from our store and decided she wanted a full refund (due to "not suitable" products) after several days. We are very amicable and offer 100% store credit otherwise 20% handling fee, due to trade costs. However, she abused in-store staff and continued to harass our shop negatively online. To all potential customers of Zoom Advertising, kindly be cautious of the type of person you may be dealing with as especially when advertising and marketing a company, customer care and how one engages with people is of utmost importance.
