Totally mis-leading and unprofessional. They are all sweet talks before their work is done, once it’s over, they find excuses not to pay you for your hardwork. Ms. Sunita in particular is one such case in the company. Despite having a written contract in place, despite the client being happy wth your work, Sunita declines your pending payment finding some excuse or the other. We are definitely going legal against them. I strongly suggest professionals not to provide your invaluable services for such a firm which doesn’t respect your hardwork. And clients not to get any services done from them as I’ve seen just how unorganised their back-end team is. Everything you require is incomplete until the last minute.
