Had a bit of a communication issue during pre-order of Local Citations. Adam responded to me within 1 hour on Saturday and immediately took action. We are in the process of handling the small issue and Adam says he will update his whole team on this matter to avoid the problem in the future.Adam also gave a partial refund even after I explained to him that this was not necessary. All companies will run into problems at some point. However, the speed and manner in which a company takes action to correct issues says a lot about the company.

Loganix offers a superb array of SEO and related services. Our company has used a number of products and services and our expectations have always been met and, usually, exceeded. The CEO, Adam Steele, is accessible and very knowledgeable. When we had one particularly vexing issue, Adam applied his knowledge and skill to solve the problem and went above and beyond by doing some of this work on the weekend. We have been very impressed with how helpful everyone on the Loganix team is and how reasonable the associated costs.

Loganix is my favorite editorial partner. I wish they had access to a larger set of sites, because their dashboard and customer service response times are a hell of a lot better than those who do. Though the list of sites isn't huge, there are good ones, and they're well-priced. They’ve been able to get most of them posted as promised. In a few cases where the opportunity fell through, I was given a refund that processed immediately.

Loganix’s citation building package provided nice bumps for both the shops I was promoting. Took them only a couple weeks for a completely new set of citations, and I started seeing trackable improvements another week or so after that.

Bought Guest Post Links to boost my client's website. The links appeared to be genuine at first but came to find out they were on a PBN network and did not help boost the website rankings as said on their website. I asked for a refund but got a fraction of what I paid.
