Feedback:

Had a bit of a communication issue during pre-order of Local Citations. Adam responded to me within 1 hour on Saturday and immediately took action. We are in the process of handling the small issue and Adam says he will update his whole team on this matter to avoid the problem in the future.Adam also gave a partial refund even after I explained to him that this was not necessary. All companies will run into problems at some point. However, the speed and manner in which a company takes action to correct issues says a lot about the company.
