I was involved with Kris and Neo Optic for over 10 years and throughout that time they were always highly professional, offering good advice and fast support whenever we had questions or concerns. Kris was a great point man, showing a willingness to understand our business and how the website needed to function both from our point of view and also from the customers. This willingness to learn about us meant that the website they delivered fitted the brief exactly (and even had a few sexy extras!). Their desire to go the extra mile as part of the service sets them apart from the competition and when combined with their reasonable rates mean that I cannot recommend them highly enough. Use them!
