Feedback:

A colleague and I have been working with Kris and his team at Neo Optic over the past year to build a fully custom-made CRM system to electronically record information for Nelson’s Journey, the children’s charity I work for. It has been a complex project and a major change for the charity, as we had not had a custom made IT / CRM system before. Kris has been clear and quick to respond to the queries and amendments we've had, and helpful in his suggestions for ways to make the system as efficient and easy to use as possible. We are delighted with how the system works – it has had very few issues since launch, and those were dealt with speedily.NeoOptic have been extremely generous with the work they have contributed for free on behalf of the charity, which we greatly appreciate and has allowed us to use the money saved to support bereaved children. The CRM considerably speeds up and simplifies our admin and gives us reliable, easy to access statistics which are so important when applying for funding. Kris has also been excellent with his help since launch, dealing with tweaks and amendments very quickly. Overall we are very pleased with the service from NeoOptic and the finished product.
