I got a basket of flowers delivered to my brother, the product that they delivered looked nothing like what i ordered, it was terrible and embarrassing. They were old and rotten like someone pick it up from the road. When i contacted them, they said they wont do anything. Once order is placed, they don’t resend new item or refund. WORST WEBSITE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, THEY ARE THIEVES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CUSTOMERS.

I ordered chocolates for a friend and they came old and rotten! I cannot get a hold of the company. They have a what app # that doesn't work. This is awful. Dont order from this company! I wish i could give them a negative star rating. I posted a picture of what they sent. You will get sick eating what they sell! please expand my post to see the pic!

Bad customer service and broken website. Order tracking link is broken. Same Day Delivery is on the front page. But actual date of delivery is hidden in the Terms and Conditions page. Beware!

I had selected a Rakhi and some chocolates on 30th July requesting to deliver on 3rd of August in Blore.To my shock it has not delivered until 7th of Aug 2017 as I write this in the evening of Rakhi Day.On my follow up it's told it's out for delivery and by the end of the day they say the recipient was not available which is a false statement. I have updated them with alternate numbers and was coordinating with my brother since days. So the Rakhi day is over without any Rakhi delivered and this site has made a fool out of people around. I am the last person to rely on their service. I didn't receive any phone calls or anyone accountable explaining this unacceptable delay. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I had opted some other means to send the Rakhi. Such a disheartening experience.
