Feedback:

I had selected a Rakhi and some chocolates on 30th July requesting to deliver on 3rd of August in Blore.To my shock it has not delivered until 7th of Aug 2017 as I write this in the evening of Rakhi Day.On my follow up it's told it's out for delivery and by the end of the day they say the recipient was not available which is a false statement. I have updated them with alternate numbers and was coordinating with my brother since days. So the Rakhi day is over without any Rakhi delivered and this site has made a fool out of people around. I am the last person to rely on their service. I didn't receive any phone calls or anyone accountable explaining this unacceptable delay. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I had opted some other means to send the Rakhi. Such a disheartening experience.
