Last email I sent to Owner!!Im not going to sit here and argue, this has been the most undesirable and unprofessional process I have ever been through. Three different reps were fired During build but it still my fault. You fired the designer that we initiated design with??? The fact that BIG COMMERCE had you as a preferred company is mind boggling. I appreciate your ability to always blame the customer, I have never been able to do this because it is in so many ways wrong. I can truly say the services were not completely rendered as contracted. We were told lies up front to get our business. I will not sit here a be blamed for your glitched code or improper coding. Do not touch my site ever again. BigCommerce will be aware that you do not have access to my account anymore. Thank you for a 1.5 year nightmare and a $18,000 waste of money.
