I was apprehensive about final website redesign migration, because of past bad experiences with other companies. Mason was patient and understanding about this, and took additional steps to build my confidence and assure me migration would go smoothly . . . which it did. Great job guys!

We had 1DigitalAgency redesign our website which was on the BigCommerce Blue Print platform and they switched it over to the new BigCommerce Stencil platform. The response time when I reached out to my contact at 1Digital was always very quick. The method that’s used to view and comment on changes was effective and easy to use. I was the most impressed by how smooth launch day went. There was very little down time and really no technical glitches. I was nervous since I had been through this process before with a different company and there was lots of down time and technical issues. Any minor issues I found after the launch were handled within 24 hours.

While we were skeptical about working with a company across the pond in a different timezone it's the best decision we have ever made with the new website paying for itself within a few months due to increased conversion rates.
