We had 1DigitalAgency redesign our website which was on the BigCommerce Blue Print platform and they switched it over to the new BigCommerce Stencil platform. The response time when I reached out to my contact at 1Digital was always very quick. The method that’s used to view and comment on changes was effective and easy to use. I was the most impressed by how smooth launch day went. There was very little down time and really no technical glitches. I was nervous since I had been through this process before with a different company and there was lots of down time and technical issues. Any minor issues I found after the launch were handled within 24 hours.
