I'm sorry but the latest reviews really shows poor customer and communication service by 3dcart, I submitted a ticket that in reality is not a ticket just a request to cancel the account, this was November 23 and I have yet to receive any reply or anything from them, I found the software a bit difficult to set up and not as easy as advertise, I had godaddy before I was able to set up the online store fairly fast and easy, maybe not the best graphics and SEO but it was easy, I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED 3dcart.
