The shopping cart is easy enough to manage. The 3 stars are because customer service and technical support or poor. If a rep can't solve the issue I usually get sent to a sale rep to get a 'quote' for things that should work within the store. But if I call back and get a different rep, a lot of the times I get an answer. I wish the customer service and technical support reps were trainer better to answer questions.
