Overall Feedback:

These people need a 0 Star. When searching for the "right" company for my web hosting and after dealing with a few of them I can attest that A Small Orange is the worst. Support is non-existent, web help is confusing and I believe deliberately misguiding, and are always "down" when you need them. If you spent good money to get a site and are excited about your future, don't let these clowns hold you back.
