I read the above review from 3 years ago, and all I can say is that they must have changed a lot of personnel, because my experience was fantastic! I took a heavy nylon strap in for re-sewing and a grommet, and the receptionist was super friendly, and perfectly professional. She got me to Enrique, who took GREAT care of me. I was really impressed with his skill and speed, as well as his friendliness. I was in and out in what seemed like 6 minutes, and they did not even charge me. I have not been so impressed with anyone's customer care in a very long time. That kind of organization speaks very well of its boss. I have told a dozen people about that in the past 2 days. Also, because of that experience, I am having them estimate a much bigger awning job for me at my office. Kudos!
