I would like to recommend Abacus to any small company or start up looking for a decent marketing agency. They firstly helped us to write out a proper business plan and to put together some meaningful sales forecast figures. They then worked in close partnership with us to create a strategic marketing plan suitable for our needs, and advised us on systems and processes to optimise sales from our customers. They came up with a clever name for our business and developed a brand identity that made us look just as professional as the biggest players in the marketplace. They built our website from scratch, even writing all the copy, and designed all our sales and marketing materials (video, leaflets, signage, uniforms etc) too. They developed a digital marketing strategy (focused on social media, SEO and content creation) to optimise our marketing budget. We cannot thank them enough for all their support. We started working with Abacus about 18 months ago, when we appointed them following an agency pitch to develop a marketing plan to promote one of our products. We were really impressed with the plan they put together, and enjoyed the collaborative approach, which included a number of intensive workshops and brainstorming sessions. They were also very helpful at explaining their rationale and we have learned a lot of new things too. We were able to identify who our core customers were, and key messages around the proposition, as well as the most effective media to increase awareness. They even helped us to develop the product’s features to make it more attractive to different audiences, and created a new section on our website to improve conversion. We have now engaged Abacus to deliver all of our marketing activities, including the development of our website, the creation of client micro-sites, and the delivery of marketing strategies at both a product and a corporate level.
