If you are looking for a home that can be built to your specifications, then ABD is for you. They are not your cookie cutter builder where every house is the same & cannot be modified to suit your needs! The New Home Specialists are extremely knowledgeable, very welcoming & friendly & go out of their way to make you feel like a valued client. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I just purchased a home, from ABD in Providence, that my wife and I thought would be our dream house. Instead its been a nightmare. The finish product is not finished. Outside walls are stained and not properly sealed or painted. So many problems to mention here.

HORRIBLE BUILDERS....ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY NOT THE CLIENTS. THEY USE CHEAP PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. ERIC THE CONTRACTOR IS NON RESPONSIVE AND DOES A HORRIBLE JOB. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW HOUSE AND THEY PROMISED TO FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS LIKE ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, CABINETS, TILE, PAINT. THEY NEVER DID. I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER TO BUY FROM THIS BUILDER. THEY PUSH ON CLOSING THE HOUSE AND GETTING MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO KEEPING PROMISES THEY VANISH AND NEVER ANSWER. DONT BUY HOUSES FROM THEM.

What a horrible experience. ABD built my home in 2006 and was unable to tell me who installed my windows. I called time after time and they said it doesn’t matter who installed them they aren’t under warranty. I’m not looking for a warranty, no one will reseal my windows that are not theirs. I am contacting the BBB and I will make sure my family and friends leave reviews as well especially after they heard the way I was treated. I’m not looking for a warranty, the only way someone will fix the sealant on my windows is from the company that installed them!
