What a horrible experience. ABD built my home in 2006 and was unable to tell me who installed my windows. I called time after time and they said it doesn’t matter who installed them they aren’t under warranty. I’m not looking for a warranty, no one will reseal my windows that are not theirs. I am contacting the BBB and I will make sure my family and friends leave reviews as well especially after they heard the way I was treated. I’m not looking for a warranty, the only way someone will fix the sealant on my windows is from the company that installed them!
