The response time of their helpdesk, over the several years I worked with them, always exceeded my expectations. In most cases, my simple requests were handled within minutes of the ticket submission; if the request was more complicated and required an on-site visit, a member of the Ace team was usually at my office within an hour. I don’t know how they do it, being a small, local business themselves, but they always made me feel like our tech needs were their priority.
