Client Review on Ace IT Consulting

I was referred to Ace IT by my daughter, who had used them in the past. I run a small company but had not upgraded any of the computer systems in several years and it was beginning to cause server space issues. Bill, the owner, was great. Right from the first phone call, he listened to what I thought I needed and offered me several solutions and pricing options, instead of trying to sell me some expensive package deal with things I didn't need. Scheduling was really easy and the techs were prompt and professional. I did have to call them back out for a computer glitch (which turned out to be caused by one of my employees) but Bill was able to come right away and had the problem fixed in minutes. I will definately be using them again for all of my IT needs.
