I have been a customer of Alarm Security for nearly a decade, and my experience has been very satisfactory. Of course, during that time, we have run into a situation or two where an electronic component has failed, but after one phone call, each problem was remedied and our system was restored within a matter of hours. The owner didn't delay in dispatching a tech, and the tech didn't have to use guess work to solve the problem; they simply showed up quickly and knowledgeably resolved the issue. That's the type of customer service that we, as consumers, should be able to expect from every business, but unfortunately that's not the case these days. However, it is the case here!

I have used a lot of different alarm companies from all over the world and if you want the best protection for you and your family then don't go any further. Alarm Security is the best. They have amazing products and great customer service. Couldn't ask for better peace of mind. I know my house, valuables, and family are protected. No amount of money can replace that.

I can't think of any other Alarm Company I would trust to secure my home. I remember a time right after we got our system installed it started to beep randomly. My wife called and spoke to Matt personally and got the problem resolved (after hours). The next day a service tech called me to ensure the system was working properly. On a personal note with the amount of homes being broken into lately I am glad I went with a LOCAL company to protect my home. If you are considering getting a security system please give Matt with Alarm Security a call, you won't be disappointed!

I have been using Alarm Security for years now. They are super trustworthy and quick to help with any question that may arise. Earlier this month, they even helped me set up a temporary pass code for a friend to use to enter our home and feed our cat while we were on vacation.I think about how satisfied I am with this company every time some home security telemarketer hangs up on me after I ask to be taken off their list! It's obvious those guys don't have customer first values! Alarm security respects both my home security and my privacy.
