I can't think of any other Alarm Company I would trust to secure my home. I remember a time right after we got our system installed it started to beep randomly. My wife called and spoke to Matt personally and got the problem resolved (after hours). The next day a service tech called me to ensure the system was working properly. On a personal note with the amount of homes being broken into lately I am glad I went with a LOCAL company to protect my home.
