Mike @ Alltech! Always BOMBIOSO!Ever since my Training Wheels Marketing business in Pismo beach when I needed something he was ALWAYS helpful. I want to thank him for helping me on short notice and walking over to help me when I just merely walked in. I was out of town, and an immediate issue needed to be addressed on a Celebrity Booking Website of ours Esterman.com | Global Celebrity Agent to A-List. It didn't matter to Mike Owner of Alltech, what it was or wasn't. He just knew the all of the negative things that can go wrong when having a website with issues. So without appointment turned his computer to me and within 5 minutes the changes were made. He was reluctant to charge I can tell, but it was necessary! So Mike KUDOS bro...You made sure a website kept its aesthetics and for that a thousand thanks! Use Mike! It makes sense!

These guys are nothing but crooks. Brought my Galaxy S10 in to have the back glass repaired and it was replaced with a plain cheap piece of plastic that doesn't even fit right. Without using OEM parts my warranty is now void and with the poor level of work they did I doubt its water resistant anymore. In the weeks waiting for my parts to arrive they kept sending me emails stating they were still waiting for parts and that I was a low priority. What customer wants to be a low priority regardless of the repair?They were rude, didnt keep the appointment I set and when I asked for advice on a screen protector Mike had no answer for me. He just pulled up the Amazon website and started naming off the first ones that came up. Anyone can do that. If you need your phone or computer fixed dont take it to these guys as they will not respect you or your expensive technology. They will only be looking to scam you!

I called this company on a Monday to come out for an evaluation and fix my home network . They were to get back to me the next day to confirm a Thursday appointment. At the end of the day Tuesday I called to get a confirmed appointment. Brian confirmed with me that the tech would be out on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Here it is 2:17 on Thursday and I called to see what the delay was. Robert answered the call and said that the appointment was for a range of from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. I said that Brian didn't say that. He confirmed a 2:00 p.m. arrival. Since my husband, who is the only one who knows our network was going to be going into a 3:00 meeting a "range" of from 2:00 to 3:00 would never have been acceptable. No apology given, just an attitude from Robert. I think I'll call the Geek Squad.
