Client Review on AlphaGraphics Salt Lake Canyon Rim

I only come to this Alphagraphics when the prints I need are too large for the local printer I prefer to work with. My experience here has been hit and miss. The first time I placed an order on the web, it offered a 2-side foam-core mounted option for a poster which I selected. When I came to pick it up, it was only on one side. You could tell that they were bothered when I asked why it wasn't 2-sided. They told me they can't do it 2-sided. I asked why I wasn't notified and they just shrugged.Having returned for other poster prints I know not to go for 2-sided and that's fine. But every single time they say, "We'll call you when it's ready," they never do.Nevertheless, I still give them 3 stars because I know they will get the work done by the time I need it. Just know that they don't care for communication nor for a great customer experience.Update: As I stated before, they continue to say "We'll notify you as soon as it's ready" and never do. They still get the job done quickly. If they just cared to try, this would be a 5-star review.Second Update: Another example of the same this week. "Hi David, I will get this into production and will let you know when they are ready. Thank you, Brooke"I was never notified Third Update: Original Copy and Print on Highland Drive now does poster prints! They now have all of my business. They always follow through and regularly surpass my expectations! I'll come back to this Alphagraphics when I have a job Original Copy can't do or if Alphagraphics miraculously surpasses them in customer service.
